The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
. The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed and the same will be chargeable.
. The hotel guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.
. The hotel may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Hotel Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the hotel's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the hotel.
. The lights-out period starts at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 07:00 a.m. of the following day. The conduct of guests and persons using the services of the hotel should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests by playing music after 10 PM. The hotel may refuse to render services to a person violating this rule and an FIR can be filed against the guest.
. Restaurant orders can only be placed between 7:00 Am till 10 PM and the last service for food can be offered till 10:15 PM.
. Smoking in the corridor, staircase, restaurant, cloakrooms, and reception hall is prohibited.
. Personal belongings left by guests in the hotel room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the hotel for 3 months.
. Pets are not accepted in the rooms or in the common area of the Hotel.
. The Hotel will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
. Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotels check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked also the night before.
. Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 10 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.
