In case of cancellation we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
Cancellations received within 30 days to 15 days prior to check-in date would attract 50% retention charge of total value.
Cancellations received within 15 days of check-in date would attract total package charge as cancellation fee.
